The eleven Orion consultants possess an impressive collection of professional experiences with world-class results. The breadth and depth of our expertise enables us to provide you with comprehensive, realistic and predictable solutions.
Our consulting team is built on a research base of expertise in all of the primary content areas and includes specialization in curriculum design, instruction, professional development, K-6 and 7-12 literacy, Special Education, ELL and systemic organizational improvement. The academic credentials of the Orion consultants include three Ph.D. and one Ed. D.
Our consultants’ diverse expertise from field practice and Doctoral studies enables Orion to ground our work in widely accepted and research based methods. Additionally, our consultants teach advanced leadership at the college and university levels, publish and present at the state and national levels and sit on the boards of professional associations.
Each also has a long history of working with state and national standards, thereby possessing, and bringing to our consulting work, a deep, detailed, practical and current understanding of standards.
We are grounded in the Kaizen model of continuous improvement and have over 10 years experience in bringing this model to educators and education systems. We have witnessed the results accrue as we have assisted districts develop their capacities to engage in informed planning and data-driven decision making, with a focus on real results.
